Launching Adult Contemporary

I’ve had a wonderful term of dancing with my new Contemporary Class in Patcham, Brighton. Classes launched in November 2022 and run weekly on Monday evenings.

I love Contemporary because of the freedom of expression it gives and the sense of flow through the body. Participants have commented that they love the classes because they have energy but also feel so relaxed. I like to encourage everyone at whatever stage to embrace dance and their own unique way of moving. We work a lot on technique - and participants comment on how much they feel they have learnt - but at the same time the focus is about finding enjoyment, freedom and flow in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

This dance class for adults launched in November 2022 and runs weekly on Monday evenings at Patcham Memorial Hall. I hope to launch more Contemporary and creative classes in Brighton and Lewes soon…watch this space!
