What is Story Moves Dance, Brighton?
STORY MOVES is a dance class for children aged 18 months - 5 years and their parents and carers. It is an opportunity to enjoy time with your child, exploring movement together. We will journey through story, play and movement, with inspiration often being taken from popular children’s books. This class aims to create an imaginative environment, where your child’s social, creative and motor skills are nurtured.
Dance develops creativity, curiosity, self-expression, imagination and physical skills. Katharine has specialist training in Dance for early years. She herself is a mum of two and is passionate about the potential movement has to enable children to truly flourish.

We have a lovely new venue at Patcham Community Centre, Brighton. A large, bright and airy space with baby change facilities. Classes run just opposite the Patcham library (which has a fabulous children's section), so why not pop into the library after class and take a look.
